You receive the quote and decide whether we go ahead.
The quote covers the whole appliance. The technician checks it in full, not only the fault you reported, so that before you decide on a repair you know its complete technical condition — including the parts that are already worn even though they are still working.
If you choose the AMT Serwis courier and decide against the repair once you have the quote, we add PLN 59 gross for the round trip — collecting the appliance and sending it back to you (large insured parcel). The quote itself remains free.
